If paid in full by 12 months, On Approved Credit Patient financing is available for procedures exceeding $750. For the convenience of our patients, we offer several types of financing plans including: a) interest free plans for up to 12 months and b) fixed-rate plans for up to 60 months. No down payment is required for any of our financing plans. Financing is offered through Capital One or Care Credit.
